He leaves behind his daughter Lena Nicholson (Bryan Lockhart) and grandchildren Jared and Celeste. He also leaves behind his father Eric Nicholson, sisters Sandra Nicholson and Candy Gibson (Danny), two nephews Trent Gibson (Leora) and Trevor Gibson. Monty will also be missed by his many cousins and friends. Monty was born in Vancouver, BC, lived briefly in Coquitlam, then moved to Kamloops with his family in 1968.
