Tim passed away peacefully at Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home on July 2, 2016, at the age of 63 years. He was born in Rossland, B.C. and moved to Kamloops with his family, at the age of four. Tim completed his education (gr. 1-12) in South Kamloops, and attended university in Vancouver. He decided to pursue a career as a realtor in Kamloops, and worked for thirty years as a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association. He retired in the fall of 2006 and enjoyed nearly ten years of golfing, fishing, travelling and having fun.
Throughout his life Tim excelled in many school sports, including baseball, hockey and basketball. In addition he took up golf at a young age at the Kamloops Golf & Country Club, and it remained a passion for him throughout his life.
Tim’s other great passion was his love of fishing, which he inherited from his mother Blanche. They often spent time together during his younger years fishing in the creeks around Kamloops. This led to many wonderful adventures in the rivers, lakes and coastal areas of B.C., as well as in Cuba, Mexico and Belize. Tim developed many great and lasting friendships through these fishing trips.
